Fire Damage

I could not be happier with JF Public Adjusters. Joel was patient and explained everything to me along the way. Before Joel, I had an adjuster from another company come out. I showed him the damage in the basement and on the first floor, and he didn't want to touch the first floor at all. Joel came in and not only handled the basement, he went above and beyond on the first floor damage too, the part the other adjuster wouldn't deal with. His knowledge level is far above anyone else I've dealt with. Very experienced, very patient, excellent service. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Joel is the best! Honest and very dedicated. He worked on our claim until he was able to get full reimbursement from insurance. We are very happy with Joel's service.

Joel is a real professional! He is precise and diligent, he will not beat around the bush. Joel fought for us like a top lawyer would for a high end client! Highly recommend JF Adjusters!

The level of service provided at JF adjusters should be the industry standard. This is my second time in 15years that I retained the help of a public adjuster, the first time was during hurricane sandy. Joel and his team fought for and collected the actual amount of damages to bring our home back to pre damages condition. What the insurance company believed to be $3k in damages, JF fought to achieve a payout of over $100k. Not only do they care about the customer, they are consistent about contacting your insurance company and more importantly are diligence about finding the actual problem causing your damages. Very highly recommended. Thank you Joel and the team for your work and support for our family during a time of chaos.

Joel and team were great. Took us through the process of our claim with ease and and had our backs. I highly recommend!!

We had significant water damage in our home, and after speaking with multiple contractors and even other adjusters, we were repeatedly told the most we could hope to get from the insurance company was around $30,000. It was frustrating and disheartening—until we were introduced to Joel from JF Public Adjusters. From day one, Joel was a total game-changer. He immediately took charge, thoroughly assessed the damage, and laid out a clear plan of action. He dealt with an insurance company that was anything but cooperative and truly fought hard for us every step of the way. He never backed down, no matter how difficult the process became. Because of Joel’s expertise, persistence, and dedication, we ended up settling for over $120,000—four times what others said was possible. His professionalism and commitment were above and beyond what we ever expected. If you’re dealing with an insurance claim and want someone who will fight for you like it’s their own home on the line, I can’t recommend Joel and JF Public Adjusters enough.

As difficult as this process was Joel and his team made it very easy to understand and worth it. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an adjuster!
