Joel is so helpful. we are new homeowners and never had any problems before. We had a burst pipe that caused damage to several rooms in our home. We hired JF Public Adjusters to take care of the claim for us and they did not disappoint. Joel and his team were on top of the claim from start to end. They were meticulous and made sure to account for all claim-related damage. Hiring JF adjuster for my insurance claim, was one of the wises desicions I ever made! When I discovered a sewer backup in my new basement at my home in Spring Valley, NY this past September, I was lost and froze! My beautiful new basement that was furnished with new furniture, a new kitchen, and appliances, is now flooded with 6 inches of sewer and rain water. The Sukkos holiday is just a few hours away, and what are we doing now? The entire basement is full of dirty water, with the smell traveling through the entire house.
